“It’s Time to Make Europe Great Again” – Hungary Leads the Conservative Renaissance

May 29th in Budapest, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán delivered a powerful keynote address at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) Hungary 2025, inspiring a wave of patriotic pride and conservative resolve across Europe and beyond.

With the eyes of the international right-wing movement focused on Hungary, Prime Minister Orbán outlined a bold and unapologetic vision for the future of Europe—a future anchored in national sovereignty, Christian values, and the enduring importance of the family and the nation-state.

> “Europe must belong to the Europeans again,” Orbán declared to a roaring crowd. “We did not shed blood and guard our borders for centuries just to hand our future to unelected bureaucrats and foreign interests.”

Launching a Patriotic Plan for Europe

In his speech, the Prime Minister unveiled a new Patriotic Plan for Europe, designed to reclaim the continent from globalist forces. The plan’s core pillars include:

- Halting mass migration and protecting national borders

- Blocking EU-level taxation and joint debt schemes

- Resisting forced political integration, including Ukraine’s rapid accession

- Reviving Europe’s Christian cultural and spiritual foundations

Orbán emphasized that Hungary will not stand alone. He called upon conservative forces across the continent to unite against the increasing centralization and ideological pressure emanating from Brussels.

Solidarity with Poland, Alliance of Nations

In a major show of international support, Orbán publicly endorsed Polish conservative presidential candidate Karol Nawrocki, just days ahead of Poland’s decisive runoff election. The endorsement underscored the growing alliance of national conservative leaders determined to challenge liberal hegemony in the EU.

> “We Hungarians and Poles know the price of freedom. We know what it takes to defend our identity—and we are ready,” Orbán stated.

“Make Europe Great Again”

Echoing the global conservative movement, Orbán concluded with a rallying cry that has already begun to trend worldwide:

“It’s time to Make Europe Great Again.”

He urged conservative leaders, citizens, and movements to focus on local victories as the foundation for a larger transformation. “Win in your towns. Win in your countries. Then we march to Brussels together,” he said.

Hungary Leads the Way

As the applause echoed through the packed auditorium, it was clear: Hungary has once again positioned itself as the moral compass and strategic stronghold of conservative Europe.

Under the leadership of Viktor Orbán, Hungary continues to prove that patriotism, faith, and strength are not relics of the past—but the essential foundations of our future.
